Sr. Customer Service Representative - Order Management (Nordic countries)

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Senior Customer Service Representative for its Budapest Shared Service Center to manage order administration, quotations, and master data for Nordic clients. The role involves handling complex customer requests, coordinating across departments, and maintaining high service standards in a standard office environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service for order management, quotations, and master data administration
• Handle complex customer requirements and escalations, coordinating with sales, distribution, and finance teams
• Maintain high data accuracy and quality through system proficiency and process adherence
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and contribute to efficiency initiatives
• Participate in cross-training and support for seasonal business needs as required

Requirements

• Fluency in one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian)
• Minimum 2–3 years customer service experience in SSC or multinational setting
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail
• Problem-solving ability, multitasking under deadlines, and team collaboration skills
• ERP system experience preferred but not required
