A Websupport Magyarország Kft. több mint 10 éve nyújt megbízható domain-, tárhely- és szerverszolgáltatásokat vállalkozások és magánszemélyek számára. Magyar Hosting és Websupport márkáinkkal a hazai webtárhelypiac ismert szereplői vagyunk, több ezer ügyfél infrastruktúráját biztosítjuk nap mint nap.

2024 óta a team.blue nemzetközi cégcsoport tagjaként stabil háttérrel és hosszú távú fejlődési lehetőségekkel várjuk új kollégáinkat. Feladatok

  • Kapcsolattartás ügyfeleinkkel magyar, akár angol nyelven e-mailben, chaten és telefonon. Te leszel az első, akit megkeresnek ügyfeleink, tőled indul az ügyfélélmény, és sokszor nálad is ér véget.

  • Ügyféligények feltérképezése. Meghallgatod, megérted, és valódi megoldást kínálsz tanácsadói szemlélettel.

  • Proaktív ügyféltámogatás. Szolgáltatásaink ajánlása, tanácsadás ügyfeleinknek, mindig a legjobb megoldást keresve számukra.

  • Problémák és általános kérdések kezelése, komplexebb ügyek továbbítása a megfelelő csapatnak. Nem kell mindent egyedül megoldanod, de tudnod kell, kit hívj segítségül.

  • Kiemelkedő ügyfélélmény biztosítása minden kapcsolat során. A célunk, hogy minden ügyfél úgy érezze: jó helyre fordult.

  • Részvétel új kollégák betanításában. Ha már belejöttél, számítunk rád abban is, hogy segíts másoknak.

  • Aktív visszajelzésgyűjtés az ügyfelektől és ezek továbbítása fejlesztési célokra. Te hozod el az ügyfelek véleményét, és ezzel segíted szolgáltatásaink fejlesztését.

  • Átfogó betanulás és folyamatos fejlődés: weboldalak, e-mail fiókok, SSL tanúsítványok és hibajelzések elemzésének megismerése.

  • Alkalmanként más csapatok támogatása szükség esetén.


Elvárások

  • Kiváló kommunikációs készségekkel rendelkezel magyar nyelven szóban és írásban, és az angol nyelv sem jelent gondot.

  • Van tapasztalatod ügyfelekkel való kommunikációban, akár személyesen, telefonon vagy online.

  • Érdeklődsz az új technológiák iránt, szereted az online világot és szívesen tanulsz.

  • Ügyfélközpontú hozzáállásod van, világosan és empatikusan kommunikálsz.

  • Üzleti gondolkodásmóddal rendelkezel, érted az ügyfelek igényeit.

  • Tudod vállalni a budapesti irodai jelenlétet (munkaidő 7:30 és 18:20 közötti váltásokban).

  • Minimum középfokú végzettséggel rendelkezel.

  • Magabiztosan és proaktívan kezeled a váratlan helyzeteket.

  • Szeretsz együttműködni és csapatban dolgozni.

  • Alapvető számítógépes ismeretekkel rendelkezel.
