Munkaerő-kölcsönzési projektek működésének folyamatos nyomon követése
Folyamatok ellenőrzése jogszabályi, szerződéses és belső minőségi szempontok alapján
KPI-ok mérése, riportok készítése és elemzése
Működési hibák és kockázatok feltárása, fejlesztési javaslatok kidolgozása
Az üzletágvezető munkájának támogatása működési adatok és visszajelzések összegyűjtésével
Kirendeltségek és projektvezetők munkájának rendszerszintű támogatása
Folyamatok koordinálása és egységes működési gyakorlatok kialakításának támogatása
Vezetői egyeztetésekhez szükséges riportok és prezentációk készítés
Elvárások
van tapasztalatod munkaerő-kölcsönzés területén
ismered az EFO foglalkoztatás gyakorlati működését
magabiztosan mozogsz munkaügyi és foglalkoztatási jogszabályokban
rendszerszemléletben és adatokban gondolkodsz
haladó szinten használod az Excelt (adatkezelés, kimutatások, riportok)
dolgoztál már riportálási vagy nyomonkövetési rendszerekkel
magabiztosan használod a Microsoft Office eszközeit
legalább középfokú angol nyelvtudással rendelkezel
van B kategóriás jogosítványod és vezetési gyakorlatod
