To achieve our common goals, we expect your contribution in:
- Technical management of projects for the implementation, maintenance and further development of financial applications in cooperation with our external suppliers and other IT departments
- Support of third-party software solutions for our business customers
- Preparation and advice in the selection process of new softwares
- Being the first point of contact for all stakeholders dealing with issues related to our applications
- Coordination of external suppliers in the implementation of new business requirements
Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree in IT, economics or a similar field
- Comprehensive IT knowledge (networks, databases, servers) to be able to analyze and solve various complex problems
- Comprehensive knowledge of implementing and operating financial applications
- Experience in project management and coordinating external service providers
- Great interest in developing professional internal application operations and project support
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology (ideally certified)
- Structured, solution-oriented and independent work within a team, with strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
Nice to have skills:
- experience gained in SAP FI/CO/TR related projects
- Experience in implementing IT projects and managing external service providers
