hybrid role, starting in the office for the training and integration period, and later allowing you to work from home.

The role involves email-based customer support no phone calls, only written communication with clients.

Position Details

• Role: Customer Support Agent (Email only)
• Languages Required: Hungarian (C1+) and English (B1-B2)
• Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (hybrid: office + remote after training)
• Start Date: Mid-November 2025
• Contract Type: Full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week
• Monthly Salary: From 1,600 net per month
• Relocation Support:
• Training: Fully paid and conducted in Sofia office

Requirements

• Hungarian: C1 level (native or fluent)
