REQUIREMENTS:
List of requirements to be successful in the future role:
Extensive Experience: At least five years of hands-on experience in analytics and system implementations.
Analytical Expertise: Demonstrated strong analytical skills with a proven track record.
Documentation Skills: Adept at creating detailed and insightful analytical documentation.
Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who is proactive and can work independently.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in SQL querying to support data analysis needs.
Language Fluency: Fluent in English, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Industry Insight: Familiarity with Insurance Property & Casualty Commercial business.
Bonus points:
Technical Experience: Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365, MS Power Tools, Guidewire, and Azure DevOps.
Visualization Skills: Proficiency in visualizing problems and ideas effectively.
Dashboard Development: Ability to create dashboards in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power BI to address business needs.
Efficiency Solutions: Expertise in implementing business efficiency solutions using MS Power Tools.
Issue Resolution: Skilled in investigating system bugs and collaborating with developers and external vendors to resolve issues.
Application Analysis: Experience in analyzing application usage and quality, identifying process and data quality issues, and developing effective solutions.
DAY TO DAY TASKS – MAIN DUTIES:
As a Business Analyst reporting to the Commercial Business Transformation Product Owner, you'll play a key role in driving innovative projects and initiatives involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Guidewire implementations. Here's what you'll be doing:
Lead Inspiring Workshops: Facilitate engaging sessions with business representatives to gather and analyze requirements, working closely with our forward-thinking Guidewire, MS Dynamics 365, and Data technical teams.
Become a Transformation Super User: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our applications to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
Secure Development Approvals: Collaborate with the Product Owner, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gain approval for development requirements.
Deliver Impactful Project Artifacts: Create essential documents such as process maps, blueprints, gap analyses, and presentations to support project goals.
Harness the Power of Data: Use SQL to capture and analyze data, providing critical insights for business analysis.
Thrive in an Agile Environment: Work efficiently and collaboratively within an Agile team, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
Document Solutions for Success: Prepare comprehensive documentation of developed solutions to ensure end-user understanding and successful implementation.
