Feladatok:
- A rá bízott csarnokokkal kapcsolatos hibák kezelése, feldolgozása
- Házmesterek vezetése, felügyelete
- Külső cégek felügyelete és koordinálása, amelyek a Megbízó és a Megbízott megrendelésére tevékenykednek.
- Garanciális hibák kezelése
- A projektek nyomon követése
Elvárások:
- Végzettség: Felsőfokú (építő-, építész-, épületgépész-, gépész-, vagy villamosmérnök végzettség előny)
- Kiváló kommunikációs készség szóban és írásban
- Felhasználói szintű számítógépes ismeretek
- B katergóriás jogosítvány
