IT Operations Team Leader Állás
Partnerünk egy audiovizuális termékeket fejlesztő és gyártó vállalat, amely globális szinten szolgálja ki a professzionális AV közönséget, olyan ügyfelekkel dolgoznak, mint pl. Facebook, Google, Apple és Microsoft.
Téged keresünk ha:
- lelkesít, hogy a 4 fős központi IT rendszergazda csapatod és a külső beszállító partnerek munkáját összehangold, hogy kiváló IT szolgáltatást nyújts a belső ügyfeleknek
- fontosnak tartod, hogy azonosítsd az IT infrastrukturális igényeket a magyar központnál és a nemzetközi értékesítési irodáknál egyaránt
- kihívásnak tekinted a folyamatos vállalati IT fejlesztések tervezését, az infrastruktúra építését és támogatását azért, hogy egységes, modern vállalati IT környezet álljon a kollégák rendelkezésére
- szívesen vezetnél be és integrálnál felhő alapú rendszereket, például M365
- kiemelt figyelmet fordítasz arra, hogy stabilan működő belső hálózatot és munkakörnyezetet biztosíts
- képes vagy átlátni, tervezni és költséggazdaként felügyelni az informatikai beszerzéseket
- mindig szem előtt tartod a felhasználói élményt, így fontos számodra a napi IT-működés és a felhasználók támogatása, transzparensen menedzseled az esetlegesen felmerülő hibákat
- fontos számodra a biztonsági protokollok felépítése, végrehajtása és ellenőrzése
- szívesen végzed csapatoddal az ERP és CRM szakértői csapatok (SAP, Salesforce) infrastrukturális támogatását
- kiváló együttműködést szeretnél kialakítani a partnerünk magyarországi központ szakmai vezetőivel és a nemzetközi értékesítési irodákkal.
Ehhez mindenképpen szükséges, hogy legyen:
- legalább 5 év munkatapasztalatod IT operációs vezetői vagy hasonló szerepkörben
- felhő alapú rendszerek és MDM rendszer ismereted, üzemeltetési tapasztalattal
- erős háttered az IT infrastruktúra-menedzsment terén
- Microsoft és Linux szerveradminisztrációban, virtualizációban, hálózati protokollokban és adatbázis-kezelésben szerzett jelentős tapasztalatod
- hatékony kommunikációs és interperszonális készségeid, asszertív megközelítésed
- erős csapatirányítási és motiválási képességed
- releváns felsőfokú végzettséged
- kiváló angol nyelvtudásod szóban és írásban
- felhasználó központú attitűdöd
- érték számodra, hogy egymás munkáját segítve, együtt érjünk el nemzetközi sikereket.
Még inkább Te lehetsz a nyerő választás a számunkra, ha:
- ismered az M365, MS Azure, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) rendszereket
- rendelkezel Power BI ismerettel
- magabiztosan használod a Windows & Apple & Android rendszereket nagyvállalati környezetben is
- felelősségteljes és precíz munkavégzés jellemez
- nyitott vagy az új technológiákra.
