As an Area Leader Assembly at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars. 

What awaits you?

• Leading, coaching and developing team leaders within the production area of your responsibility. Driving the overall performance, you will put your solving problem skills into practice and push for continuous improvement to ensure your team meets targets. 
• Ensuring operations are compliant with legal and internal requirements of safety, environmental protection, cleanliness, and ergonomics. 
• Acting as a key interface with other internal stakeholders to ensure production quality, volume in time. 
• Steering Production within your area of responsibility, coordination of special activities and implementing preventive and corrective measures. 
• Participating in planning processes for technical modification and optimization of new production facilities.

What should you bring along?

• High-school degree from a technical (industrial, mechatronics, electrical, mechanical or other related) field, university degree would be an advantage. 
• Minimum 3 years of experience from a manufacturing environment; in production or quality area of assembly. Previous leadership experience is beneficial. 
• Hungarian working proficiency and a basic level of English/German language knowledge is required. 
• Willingness to travel and perform some of the qualification program abroad.
