Job Description:  

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. As a Senior Product Designer at Colossyan, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our cutting-edge platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
• Experience Strategy: Develop and implement UX strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. Plan and facilitate workshops to foster collaboration in your domain.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability test sessions to validate your design proposals and iterate based on the feedback.
• User Research: Run basic discovery studies independently to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviours through data analysis, desk research, user interviews etc.
• Being an advocate for the user: Advocate for the user needs throughout the entire product development flow, educate stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in UX design
• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research methods.
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex design challenges.
