Senior IT Project Controller Állás
Védelmi és autóipari termékkel foglalkozó, német székhelyű partnerünk csapatába keresünk szenior IT projekt kontroller kollegát.
Feladatok
- A projekt költségvetések és határidők nyomon követése, felülvizsgálata projektmenedzsmenttel
- Az alvállalkozók és beszállítók kifizetéseinek koordinálása
- Kapcsolattartás a központi kontrollinggal és az érintett társosztályokkal tényleges költségek ellenőrzése, költségek továbbszámlázása, beruházási javaslatok, a különböző projektek üzleti terveinek kidolgozása
- Rendszeres kontrollingtevékenységek végrehajtása havi varianciaanalízis (tényleges/tervezett/előrejelzett költségek), év végi zárási ciklus támogatása, elhatárolások könyvelése és felülvizsgálata, ad-hoc pénzügyi riportok készítése
- A pénzügyi kockázatok/problémák elemzésen alapuló jelentése
- Kockázatcsökkentési tervek kidolgozása
- A projektek pénzügyi mutatószámainak kezelése
- A projektek költségvetési terveinek elkészítése az üzleti és projekt csapatokkal együttműködve
- A szükséges projektjóváhagyások és a projekt mérföldkövek elérésének támogatása
- A projektek WBS-inek létrehozása
- Új projektkontrolling eszközök létrehozása és fejlesztése
- A junior kollégák betanítása, mentorálása
Elvárások
- Felsőfokú gazdasági végzettség
- Minimum 5 éves releváns szakmai tapasztalat
- Vállalkozói és innovatív a gondolkodásmód
- Kíváncsi és pozitív hozzáállás
- Kiváló problémamegoldó képesség
- MS Office ezközök (Excel és PowerPoint) ismerete, használata
- Magabiztos üzleti angol nyelvtudás, mind szóban és írásban
- Projekt stakeholderek elvárásainak jó menedzselése
- Alkalmasság önálló munkavégzésre
- Strukturáltság és precízség
