Launch Support Specialist

What awaits you?

• Working in a highly motivated production team in series production of the Gen6 Energy module in Debrecen, Hungary.
• Transferring the process changes incurring of product changes from our development center in Germany to our production in Debrecen.
• Launching production process changes for special processes such as welding, foaming, gluing, bolting or clinching.
• Being responsible for understanding the changes and preparing a training concept for our production staff, training our production staff and implementing the changes.
• Changing and updating the relevant documents.
• Cooperating with the production staff and other methodologists from the network and prototype shop.

What should you bring along?

• Successfully completed Bachelor´s degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or any equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in the field of production with a very good understanding of manufacturing technology.
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of welding, foaming, gluing, bolting and clinching would be an advantage.
• Ideally you are a team player, you are motivated and creative, assertive and initiative.
• You have excellent analytical-, communication-, and teaching skills. You have knowledge of problem-solving methods.
• Professional proficiency in English and Hungarian is required. German language knowledge would be an advantage.
• High flexibility and willingness to travel abroad regularly.
