As a specialist quality IT reporting systems & data scientist you will be joining our quality team and be responsible for the development, implementation and support of our quality IT systems in the press shop, body shop and paint shop (painted body) based on the BMW quality strategy and IT framework.

What awaits you?

• Responsibility for quality reporting systems in painted body, processing input data shopfloor into insights to support decision making on shopfloor and management level.
• Setup and maintainance of semantic system layer and user frontend for quality related reporting tools.
• Close collaboration with shopfloor and management team in defining and developing reporting solutions.
• Leadership and execution of development and change projects related to quality IT systems.
• Development and piloting of new digital solutions and future innovations.
• Collaboration within international BMW Group quality network via relevant working circles.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor´s degree in technical field like information technology, quality management, automotive engineering or related field of study or other equal professional qualification.
• Interest in IT systems, digital solutions and their further development.
• Experience with data bases, data warehouses and analyitcs solutions (e.g. SAP BO, Amazon web services, Snowflake, Quicksight or similar solutions)
• Experience and interest in automotive manufacturing and quality management, like problem management, reporting structures, ect.
• Good communication, teamwork, problem solving skills.
• English and Hungarian knowledge in both written and verbal. German would be an advantage.
