Skill Requirements and Expriences

This position combines architectural expertise with hands-on application management, requiring a blend of technical skills, process understanding, and strong communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid development background and be able to bridge the gap between software engineering processes and the tools that support them.

• > 5 years of experience in programming applications with Java or similar languages, including deep Unix knowledge.
• > 2 years experience as an IT architect.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, architecture, and automation practices.
• Extensive experience with software engineering tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, CI pipelines with Jenkins, and plugins like Xray.
• Knowledge about network technologies, modern frameworks, approaches for test automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Docker, Ansible, Helm, and Kubernetes.
• In-depth knowledge of SE processes and ability to define requirements for suitable tool support.
• Understanding of compliance and security concepts and best practices in software development and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in different project models including classic approaches, agile methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), and DevOps.
• Understanding of measuring process performance with KPIs.
• Excellent team and communication and coordination skills, with a talent for consulting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage tasks across several teams.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
