French-speaking IT Support Analyst

French Speaking Service Desk Analyst position is open to our client, who is a prestigious multinational company operating a shared service centre in Budapest. 

• Provide centralised first level IT advice and support to customers
• Be a first point of contact for end users support using all contact mediums (e-mail, phone)
• Ticket creation / categorisation
• Documentation and administration
• Delegation of problems which cannot be resolved at the first level to competent teams
• Be able to work under pressure, to work in a team and to support team members

What you'll need to succeed:

• Fluent French and upper-intermediate English language skills
• Experienced in any customer service role
• Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
• Flexible, multitasking, dynamic personality, team player attitude
• You have logical thinking, good problem-solving skills.
