Our partner, a leading global finance firm, seeks a Management Accountant in Budapest.
Requirements
- Fluent English language knowledge
- At least 1-3 year experience in Accounting field
- University degree, preferably with emphasis on Finance/Accounting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and MS Excel skills
- Multitasking skills
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and journal entries.
- Manage supplier invoices, expenses, and payments.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain fixed assets.
- Analyze financial results and explain variances.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Assist with VAT, statutory reporting, audits, and tax compliance.
- Collaborate with finance teams and business stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior team members.

- Strong understanding of accounting and tax process flows
