What role will you play in our team

The Enabling Services work of the Enterprise Project Management Office focuses on the non-technical deliverables for EMIT Projects. Primary responsibility is to assist the Project Manager with: Project Tracking & Controls, Information Management, Economic Calculations, Cost Estimating and Schedule Development. Each Project Office Lead will be assigned to a section that supports a specific business line (e.g. Corporate, Supply Chain, Trading, Upstream or IT Operations).
We have a variety of roles available from junior to experienced Project Management Office Leads in our Project and Product Delivery teams using internally developed processes as well as agile practices providing value to our business. We are looking for junior and senior candidates from 3 years of IT Project Management Office experience.

Projekt-támogató csapatainkban számtalan feladatkör érhető el, melyek egyaránt támaszkodnak a saját magunk által kifejlesztett eljárásokra, valamint az Agile irányelvekre, melyek együttes alkalmazásával igyekszünk értéket teremteni üzleti ügyfeleink számára. Ezért olyan junior és tapasztalt jelöltek jelentkezését is várjuk, akik legalább 3 éves IT Projekt Management Office háttérrel rendelkeznek.

• A projekt ütemtervének elkészitése és nyomonkövetése
• A projekt költségterv elkészitése és nyomonkövetése
• Tanácsadás a belső projekt előirasokkal kapcsolatban
• A projekt adatainak nyilvántartása és kezelése
• Aktiv részvétel a folyamatok és irányelvek fejlesztésében
• Eleget tenni az alkalmazott szabványoknak és ellenőrzési követelményeknek
• Alkalmad lesz változó munkakörnyezetben és távoli csapatokkal dolgozni

About you: skills and qualifications

• College / University degree and/or technical diploma in IT or relevant field
• 3 - 10 years of experience
• Experience with Project Management methodologies 
• Ability to lead without authority and facilitate problem solving 
• Experience in preparing and presenting materials to senior management 
• Knowledgeable in working and delivering under tight deadlines, organized and autonomous 
• Good problem solving, planning and analytical skills 
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective multi-cultural & virtual team work 
• Solid verbal and written communications skills in English and relevant user languages

Elvárásaink

• Főiskolai / egyetemi végzettség és/vagy műszaki diploma informatikából vagy releváns területen
• 3-tól 10 évig terjedő tapasztalat
• Módszertani tapasztalat projektmenedzsment terén
• Önálló munkavégzés, kiváló problémamegoldó készség 
• Tapasztalat prezentációk készítésében és bemutatásában a felső vezetés számára
• Teljesítőképesség szoros határidőkkel övezett munkában, szervezettség és önállóság
• Tervező és elemző képesség
• Erős interperszonális készségek és hatékonyság multikulturális környezetben, valamint virtuális csapatmunka során
• Magabiztos szóbeli és írásbeli kommunikációs készség angolul és a releváns felhasználói nyelveken
