Spanish Speaking Junior Credit Control Associate

Location:13th district / Szeged (hibrid opportunity with 6 office days per month)

Working hours:2 weeks10 AM to 6:30 PM, 2 weeks 3:30 PM to 00:00 AM

Requirements:

Fluent in English and in Spanish Any kind of university degree or a diploma from an economics-focused high school Internship, student job experience, or less than 1 year of full-time experience in Customer Service (order management, O2C...et.) / cash collection/ credit control/finance) Capable of handling complex situations Able to balance both customer and business priorities simultaneously Able to deliver and shares high-quality information within tight deadlines

Your responsibilities will be:

Effectively manage cash collection and customer accounts across businesses or countries, ensuring compliance with Compeny’s credit standards Monitor and report credit and fraud violations, involving relevant partners as needed Reconcile customer accounts, addressing disputes promptly to secure payments and follow escalation protocols Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and other teams to resolve issues and meet KPI targets Identify high-risk customers, taking strategic action with appropriate partners Use all communication channels, including calls, to handle daily tasks efficiently Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and suggest "quick wins" Make decisions on blocked orders and support compliance with credit and QMS/EMS policies Assist Line Manager with projects, system implementations, and strategic activities
