Supplier Quality Engineer

Your Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the complaint towards the supplier and validate the 8D from the supplier
• Introduce and maintain appropriate prevention oriented SQM processes
• Continues observation of the quality performance of the supplier
• Implementation and execution of escalation process
• Leads/ drives Supplier Improvement Programs
• Plans, initiate, controls and reports the quality performance Indicators
• Reporting/ controlling of key performance (KPIs) indicators for his location
• Collecting of the supplier related Non conformance Cost (NCC)
• Create and maintain Quality plan at Incoming Inspection for new parts and when relevant
• Conduct Incoming Inspection when needed
• Define and apply the Ship to Stock rules (STS)
• Handle change notification management (PCN/ECR)
• Organizing and evaluating supplier audits, tracking actions
• Continuous improvement
• Implement and maintain a Quality Reporting system
• Control the effectiveness of the local SQM processes (Process Reviews)
• Ensure that appropriate actions/ measures are initiated based on Quality Reporting

Your Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or other related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience at a manufacturing company
• Experience for supplier management
• Knowledge in supplier manufacturing processes
• Advanced level of English language
• User level knowledge on MS Office and SAP
• Knowledge on Quality standards and statistical methods (SPC, MSA, 8D, Ishikawa)
• Great communication skills
