Currently we are looking for National/Regional Education and Training Instructor

Tasks

  • Develop and implement annual quarterly and monthly education and training plans based on business needs.
  • Design and execute training projects and educational activities to ensure membership renewal rates and sales targets are met.
  • Develop and design regional training courses including but not limited to new retail strategies product introductions and skill training.
  • Manage and deliver training sessions within the region.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • Proficient in English local languages and basic communication in Chinese.
  • Highly motivated energetic and passionate about continuous learning and selfimprovement.
  • Customercentric mindset with a strong sense of service focusing on the needs of dealers and clients.
  • Ability to adapt to internal and external changes and embrace new challenges.
  • No educational background restrictions.
  • We are looking for individuals with clear communication skills strong expression abilities high energy and an outgoing personality especially younger candidates.

Benefits

  • Upon joining new hires will be sent to the headquarters education and training department for a 23 month training program.
  • After the training period will have the final examination and evaluation.
  • Successfully confirmed employees will be assigned to work in their respective language regions.
