Job Description
For one our prestigious international clients, we are currently looking for a Senior SAP CI Analyst to join client’s team.
Details:
Role: Senior SAP CI Analyst
Location: Candidates are expected to be based in PL/CZ/SK/HU/RO only
Working : Remote work 100%
Workload: Full-time
Start: ASAP
Duration : 6 months + extensions
Skills:
5 years of experience in SAP CI module
Experience in working with SAP CRM/CC/CI/RMCA
Basic knowledge of SAP CC and CRM
Desirable: Basic knowledge of ABAP desirable; Jira knowledge and experience in the agile environment Scrum desirable; knowledge of Solman
Additional skills required: self-organized and proactive; holistic mindset; teamwork; organizational and communicative strengths in connection with the coordination of problems/new requirements
Tasks:
Your expertise in SAP will be essential in a highly customized SAP area.
Analysis and resolution of incidents
Incident management and bug fixing
Processing changes in case of bugs or new requests
Coordination of the changes with other teams and within the team
Root Cause Analysis CI to avoid repetitive tickets
Coordination within the Hub to implement the results of the Root-Cause Analysis
Support Scrum Master / PO for CI issues and their long-term clarification
