HC Coordinator
Your tasks will be:
- Update and maintain the standard manpower allocation for the top ten departments of the company.
- Monitor daily attendance and control working hours according to tiered manpower standards.
- Calculate manpower requirements, discuss with HR to organize recruitment, and follow up on recruitment progress.
- Standardize the interview, onboarding, and other processes and continuously optimize them.
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a large manufacturing enterprise.
- Minimum 1 year experience supporting operation.
- Fluent Hungarian and English,
- Strong problem solving and good communication skills.
An advantage:
Gained experience in a Chinese multinational company.
