Business Application Manager állás

Budapest

We are looking for a colleague to join our partners team as a Business Application Manager. The company specializes in the manufacturing of sun and weather protection systems.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure 2nd level support for the SAP S4/HANA platform
  • Responsible for dispatching and processing tickets within the IT Service Desk
  • Document solutions for resolved incidents
  • Participate in the execution of test scenarios
  • Support implementation of changes resulting from change requests
  • Support in SAP user administration
  • Contribute to the training and development of in-house Application Champions (Key Users)
  • Coordinate and mediate between employees from various departments

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of SAP in-house experience
  • Mandatory language skills Hungarian, English, and German (both spoken and written)
  • Experience in SAP modules SD/MM/PP
  • Experience in authorization management is an advantage
  • Onboarding in Switzerland
  • Regular visits in Switzerlands Headquarter (approx. 4 times a year)
