Accountant - Greek speaking - REMOTE

GREEK SPEAKING SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Location: You can work from anywhere in the country (HQ in Budapest)
Requirements:
- Fluency in Greek and English
- University degree
- Accounting knowledge, skills
- Experience in a relevant field (i.e. AP+, AR, GL...etc.)
- Customer-centricity mindset, and service focus
- Excellent analytical skills, and team player attitude
Your responsibilities will be:
- Calculating and issuing AR manual invoices, daily bank posting
- Handling rejected and returned payments
- Clearing customer accounts, collect customer direct debit payments, contact with customers
- Allocating cash, credit management
- Clearing AR and bank suspense accounts
- Posting and reconciling treasury transactions
- Reconciling and reporting intercompany balances
- Calculating, posting, and reconciling leased assets, fixed assets and CAPEX accounting activities
- Calculating and posting taxes, GL journals, and accruals
- Reconciling and clearing B/S Accounts
- Defining and calculating cost and revenue allocation in controlling
- Producing closing in the Material Management module of SAP
- Reporting for consolidation
- Reconciling between systems and modules
- Issueing investigation and resolution from technical and accounting points of view in all above mentioned processes
- Handling incoming calls & emails from other our Affiliates
- Aligning with non-finance local departments as needed, e.g. logistics, HR, marketing, 3rd party as needed (e.g. distributor company)
- Preparing Audit documentation and participation in internal and external Audits
