HR Services Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Communication and information for staff
•    Preparation of HR related documents and reports
•    Organizing events and meetings and trainings
•    Overview of working time records
•    Preparation of payroll data and contact with the payroll company,
•    Managing internal HR related databases and registries
•    Registration of mandatory occupational health examinations and mandatory training (work, fire protection, compliance, data security, etc.). Keeping up to date and complete management of these trainings
•    Supporting the daily work of HR Team
•    Organizing, control of HR databases with regard to quality management processes
•    Participate in the Welcome Newcomer Process
•    Event Management
•    Overview of employee’s time book sheets
•    Setting up job fairs
•    Taking part in the preparation of monthly payroll
•    Contact to external providers
•    Doing daily HR related ad-hoc tasks

YOUR PROFILE

• Bsc or Msc degree (HR related or econmics)
• B2 level of English (German is an advantage), fluency in Hungarian is essential
• 1-3 years experience in similar role
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently
• Accuracy
• Strong emphatical skills, hardworker
