Az alábbi pozícióba keresünk munkatársat:
PROJEKTMÉRNÖK - NPI PROJECT ENGINEER/MANAGER (LV)
Munkavégzés helye: Siófok
Juttatások: versenyképes alapfizetés + éves bónusz + cafeteria + bejárás támogatása
Munkavégzés formája: alkalmazotti
Fő feladatok:
- Tisztatéri és termelési bővítési projektek irányítása és támogatása ;
- A termelési, karbantartási, minőségbiztosítási és logisztikai csapatok támogatása;
- A meglévő jó gyakorlatok fenntartása és fejlesztése;
- Aktív részvétel a gyártóüzemben;
- Rendszeres kapcsolattartás az anyacég projektcsapataival;
- A folyamatos fejlesztés motorjaként konstruktív kritikát gyakorolni és rendszeresen javaslatokat tenni a fejlesztésekre.
Elvárások:
- Felsőfokú műszaki végzettség (gépészmérnök, mechatronikai mérnök, villamosmérnök, műszaki menedzser);
- 3-5 éves releváns tapasztalat (NPI, New Product Introduction, Production Support Engineer, Production Manager, Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Engineer, Continuous improvement, LEAN Engineer, Launch Engineer, Project Manager, Industrialization, Process Engineer, Design Engineer, Injection Molding, Plastics, Cleanroom, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Life Science, Automotive, IATF 16949, SME, KKV, projektmérnök, projektmenedzser, termelési vezető, karbantartásvezető, ipari mérnök, folyamatmérnök, gyártástámogató mérnök, karbantartó mérnök, hidraulika, mechanika, elektronika, automatizálás, egészségügy, autóipar);
- ISO 13485 szabvány, műanyag fröccsöntés vagy tisztatéri termelés ismerete előnyt jelent;
- Projektmenedzsment készségek: előrelépési lehetőség menedzseri munkakörbe (Production, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement);
- CAD szoftverek (SolidWorks, Catia) ismerete előny;
- Aktív, tárgyalóképes ANGOL nyelvtudás.
- Érdeklődő és önálló személyiség,
- LEAN eszközök ismerete;
- Kritikai szemlélet és folyamatos fejlesztési javaslatok képessége.
