Requirements: 

• Education:  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.   
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional Java development experience.  Proven experience with video streaming technologies (HLS, MPEG-DASH).  Strong background in Digital Rights Management (DRM) systems.  Experience with server-side ad insertion techniques.  Experience with content management systems (CMS).  Experience with Electronic Program Guide (EPG) management.   
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate).  Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.  Familiarity with ad serving protocols (VAST, VPAID, VMAP).  Knowledge of streaming media protocols and codecs.  Experience with AWS cloud platform exclusively.  Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).  Proficient with database systems (SQL and NoSQL databases).   
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities.  Strong communication and teamwork skills.  Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.   
• Language: Proficiency in English (written and spoken)  Proficiency in Polish   

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with content delivery networks (CDNs). 
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3). 
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. 
• Advanced understanding of DRM technologies and content protection strategies. 
• Experience with EPG standards and data formats. 
• Knowledge of content distribution strategies and CMS best practices.
