Tasks Description: ---
Integration Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement API integrations between SAP modules (SD/MM, FI/CO, and LogEx) and external systems to facilitate seamless data exchange and process automation.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to integration solutions, including design specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures, to ensure clarity and transparency for stakeholders.
Testing Support: Collaborate with testing teams to support integration testing efforts, including test case development, test execution, and issue resolution, to validate the functionality and reliability of integration solutions.
End-to-End Knowledge: Possess comprehensive knowledge of both inbound and outbound flows, ensuring a holistic understanding of the integration landscape and facilitating effective solution design and implementation.
Essential Skills/Experience Description: ---
- R&A: Requirements and Analysis, the ability to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- API Integration Knowledge: The ability to integrate different software systems and applications using APIs (Application Programming Interfaces).
- SD General Knowledge: The ability to understand and work with Sales and Distribution modules in SAP ERP, including order management, pricing, shipping, and billing.
- CCM (Nice to Have): Customer Communication Management, the ability to design and manage customer communications, including documents, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
- Limited Understanding of IDOC's and API's: The ability to work with IDOC's (Intermediate Documents) and APIs at a basic level, including understanding their structure and function.
- Experience with Specs: The ability to work with specifications, including creating and documenting functional and technical requirements, and developing test cases and scenarios.
- You have relevant experience within SD as a consultant or internal employee, which means you can be fully operational immediately. Or perhaps you’ve been a key user of SAP and are now keen to move into configuration. If so, we’d also love to hear from you.
