Milyen feladatokat lát el nálunk az Alapanyagellátás raktári adminisztráror?

• Alapanyagok/termékek átvétele, tárolása, kiadása

• A területen dolgozó kollégák munkájának támogatása, adatszolgáltatás

• Kiszállítással kapcsolatos feladatok elvégzése

• Bizonylatok előírásszerű kezelése, könyvelési, selejtezési folyamatok ellátása

• Kapcsolattartás a termeléssel és az azt támogató szervezetekkel, az áru átvétellel, kiszállítási és számlázási csoporttal

• Észlelt készleteltérések azonnali korrigálása rendszerben, az eltérés lehetséges okainak feltárás

• Javaslat tétel a folyamatok racionalizálására a készletpontosságot és a termelés ellátást előtérbe helyezve

Ami a pozíció betöltéséhez szükséges:

• Középfokú végzettség

• Felhasználói szintű számítógépes ismeretek (Outlook, excel)

• Előny: angol nyelvismeret, targoncavezetői engedély

• Jó kommunikációs képesség

• Jó problémamegoldó képesség

• Önálló munkavégzés
