Feladatok
- Ensure data entry services meet regional standards, identifying opportunities to standardize processes while adhering to regional requirements and regulations.
- Monitor KPIs to measure and improve operational efficiency and service delivery quality.
- Exceed SLAs through performance monitoring and talent management.
- Implement strict quality control for high accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead and develop the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Innovate and streamline processes using new technologies and best practices.
- Strategize for long-term growth and scalability of services.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, team, and management.
Követelmények
We're looking for you, if:
- You have 2+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in Accounts Payable within a Shared Services environment.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., accounting, finance).
- Your English skills are on an advanced level.
- You possess effective organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- You have a continuous improvement mindset.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills, able to present complex information to executive-level audiences.
- You possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- You demonstrate interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
- You have experience in controls and audit.
- You exhibit reliability, integrity, and a target-oriented approach.
- You are resilient and adaptable to changing work demands.
- You have experience in stakeholder management.
- You can lead by example and motivate a team.
- You are self-motivated and willing to grow.
- You ideally have a Green Belt certification.
- You can prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines.
