Professional Qualifications

• Education : B.Sc. or comparable degree in Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• React Expertise : Proven experience developing with React, with a strong understanding of its core principles and patterns.
• JavaScript Development : Strong experience in JavaScript development, particularly with building modern, maintainable, and scalable web applications.
• State Management : Hands-on experience with Redux or similar state management libraries.
• Web Technologies : Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern web development techniques.
• Frontend Performance : Ability to debug and optimize frontend applications for performance and scalability.
• Version Control : Familiarity with version control systems like Git and collaborative workflows.
• Code Quality : Strong focus on writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Agile Methodologies : Experience working in agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban. Knowledge of SAFe is a plus.
