About the role

Hotely.cz and SPA.cz are both part of Szallas Group, and Hotely.cz is our pilot market for a new marketing automation platform we're rolling out across the group. You'll run the CRM and app programme for the Czech market day to day, and you'll be close to the rollout of the new system, so your input shapes how we set it up rather than just how we use it. You'll sit in the global CRM team alongside colleagues covering Hungary and Romania, which gives you a view of what already works elsewhere.

What you will do

• Plan, build and send the CRM programme for hotely.cz across email, push and in-app: newsletters, automated journeys, promotional and lifecycle campaigns, including the segmentation, personalisation and template work behind them

• Design and implement customer journey paths across the app and CRM

• Oversee data flows and data quality between the CRM platform and the app 

• Work closely with the Czech marketing team to pick up local plans, promotions and seasonal initiatives early, and turn them into CRM and app activity 

• Report on performance across channels using the marketing platform and Google Analytics, run tests on subject lines, timing, content and journey logic, and turn the results into concrete recommendations 

• Support API integrations and process automation work relevant to the Czech market as the new platform rolls out 

• Deliver the CRM platform roadmap for the Czech market, and feed your experience of running campaigns back into it, so the roadmap keeps reflecting what the market actually needs

Your profile

What we are looking for

• 2+ years in CRM, email marketing or marketing automation, ideally in B2C

• Hands-on experience with a marketing automation or CRM platform. We work towards tools such as Synerise, Bloomreach, Braze, Insider, Emarsys, Klaviyo or SALESmanago, and experience with any comparable platform transfers well

• Comfortable editing email templates, including basic HTML and CSS adjustments

• Able to read campaign reports in CRM and in Google Analytics, draw conclusions and act on them

• Czech at native level, plus English good enough for daily work with an international team

• Someone who brings ideas forward, and who can talk to technical colleagues and brand teams alike

Nice to have

• Experience in travel, e-commerce or another high-volume B2C environment

• Some exposure to mobile app channels, such as push notifications or in-app messaging 

• Involvement in a platform migration or a new system implementation

• Familiarity with SQL, or with query-based segmentation
