Junior Pickup & Delivery Coordinator
Feladatok
Napi kapcsolattartás hazai és nemzetközi fuvarozókkal, szállítmányozókkal és logisztikai partnerekkel
Szállítások megszervezésének és koordinálásának támogatása a megrendeléstől egészen a teljesítésig
Belföldi és nemzetközi szállítmányok nyomon követése, státuszok ellenőrzése
Szállítási dokumentumok előkészítése, ellenőrzése és kezelése
Kapcsolódó adatok rögzítése vállalatirányítási, pénzügyi és logisztikai rendszerekben
Együttműködés a raktári, pénzügyi és egyéb társterületekkel
Szállítás közben felmerülő eltérések, problémák és reklamációk kezelésének támogatása
Logisztikai költségek, teljesítmények és adatok követése, kimutatások és riportok készítése
A raktári csapat támogatása a csomagolási, jelölési és kiszállítási folyamatokhoz szükséges információkkal
Fokozatos betanulás a nemzetközi szállítmányozás, vámkezelés és logisztikai folyamatok működésébe
Elvárások
Téged keresünk, ha:
Frissdiplomásként most keresed első teljes munkaidős szakmai lehetőségedet, vagy Végzős hallgató vagy, akinek már csak a szakdolgozat, záróvizsga vagy néhány utolsó egyetemi kötelezettség van hátra, ezért közel teljes munkaidőben tudsz dolgozni
Logisztikai, gazdasági, műszaki vagy más kapcsolódó területen tanultál / tanulsz
Szeretnél logisztikai, fuvarszervezési vagy nemzetközi szállítmányozási területen elindulni
Kommunikációs szinten beszéled az angol nyelvet
Magabiztosan használod az MS Office programokat
Precízen és rendszerezetten dolgozol, az adminisztratív feladatoktól sem riadsz vissza
Jól kommunikálsz és szívesen egyeztetsz több partnerrel, társterülettel párhuzamosan
Probléma esetén nem lefagysz, hanem megoldást keresel
Nyitott vagy arra, hogy rövid idő alatt sok új szakmai tudást sajátíts el
