Most egy medior kollégával bővülünk, aki magabiztosan visz toborzási projekteket, és kész továbblépni a fejvadászat felé.

MEDIOR RECRUITER
Miért érdemes hozzánk jönni?
- Valódi fejvadászat, nem tömegtoborzás – kizárólag szellemi, igényes pozíciókkal dolgozol
- Önállóság + támogatás – a sajátodként viszed a projekteket, de senior kollégák is melletted állnak, akiktől sokat tanulhatsz
- Teljesítményarányos jövedelem – a kutatói teljesítményjutalék révén a saját eredményed határozza meg a kereseti lehetőségedet, nincs mesterséges plafon

Mit csinálsz nálunk?
- Toborzási és fejvadászati projektek önálló menedzselése – a briefingtől a sikeres betöltésig
- Közvetlen ügyfélkapcsolat-tartás: folyamatos kommunikáció és bizalomépítés
- Jelöltek felkutatása, megkeresése, interjúztatása és prezentálása
- Aktív szerep a csapat szakmai munkájában, közös tanulás senior kollégákkal
Mit várunk tőled?
- Felsőfokú végzettség – ideálisan közgazdasági vagy műszaki területen
- Legalább 2 év toborzási tapasztalat, szellemi pozíciókkal
- Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás – önálló pozícióbetöltés és ügyfélkommunikáció szintjén
- Önálló munkavégzés, eredményorientált hozzáállás
- Nyílt, egyenes kommunikáció és határozott fellépés
- Nyitottság a folyamatos szakmai fejlődésre
