Service Desk Representative (german speaking) - REMOTE - Budapest

GERMAN SPEAKING SERVICE DESK REPRESENTATIVE

Location:  Y ou can work from anywhere in the country ( HQ in  Budapest)

Requirements :

• Fluency in German  and English
• High School degree
• Interest in the world of IT
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

Y our  responsibilities  will be :

• Providing IT support for software and hardware incidents and service requests for MAC, Windows, and Google environments 
• Giving your best to represent the End Users’ needs and issues, and escalate situations as required.
• Keeping them informed on the status of their request and guiding them for their best satisfaction and productivity.

We will like you if you have:

• Experience with Apple and Microsoft operating systems and devices, Google suite, Microsoft Office products, SAP, Sharepoint, corporate wired/wireless networks and video conferencing systems, and at least one ticket tool (e.g HP Service Manager, ServiceNow) (advantage)
• Excellent troubleshooting, task prioritizing, and problem solving skills
