Customer Quality Engineer
Feladatok
- Vevőktől érkező minőségügyi reklamációk feldolgozása, elemzése;
- Jelentések, értékelések készítése a vezetés számára;
- Felelős a korrekciós intézkedések kezdeményezéséért, koordinálásáért;
- Vevői auditok felkészülésében való részvétel, auditok koordinálása és lebonyolítása;
- Vevői látogatások, minőségügyi megbeszélések szervezése;
- Folyamatos kapcsolattartás a vevőkkel;
- Reklamációk azonnali kezelése;
- Részvétel új termékek bevezetésében, APQP folyamatokban;
- Dokumentációk elkészítése, kezelése (PPAP, CP, FMEA);
- Problémamegoldó folyamatok (8D) koordinálása;
- Együttműködés a társosztályokkal.
Elvárások
- Felsőfokú műszaki végzettség (főiskola, egyetem);
- Min. 2-3 év minőségügyi mérnöki tapasztalat;
- Kiváló angol nyelvtudás.
