Short Description (for internal use)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Center of Excellence (CoE) HR team of Midea EMEA region. As the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage a 2-3 recruiters and be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for our organization in your assigned region, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent to support our business objectives.

Make an impact

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the region,
• partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on effective recruitment practices,
• manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates,
• develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates,
• utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement,
• ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations,
• provide regular updates to the CoE HR team on recruitment metrics and progress towards hiring goals.

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on regional recruitment,
• strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends,
• experience working with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools,
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
