Tasks:
• Daily checks of changes in the tool (ServiceNow)
• Supporting the Lead Change managers in any additional tasks
• Supporting the eventual upcoming projects in terms of change topics
• Bringing in resp. implementing ideas for process simplification
Qualifications
Requirements:
German and English knowledge Active (or passive under 25) full-time student status Commitment to at least 20 hours of work per week Working independently, knows how to prioritise
