Your Role

As a Senior UX Designer , you’ll play a key role in shaping user experiences for our platform, ensuring urban forestry professionals have intuitive and efficient tools to work with. Your responsibilities include:

• Translating high-level client and business requirements into detailed user requirement specifications .
• Designing user journeys, UX/UI solutions, and wireframes that align with our users’ needs.
• Contributing to the product backlog , ensuring seamless collaboration with the development team.
• Supporting user acceptance testing and training , ensuring a smooth user experience.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in UX design .
• Ability to understand the logic and mindset of our primary users ( urban forest managers ).
• Hands-on experience working in agile teams with agile methodologies.
• A strong appreciation for user-centric design principles .
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Bonus Points for

• Experience in graphic design .
• Previous experience in a start-up environment .
• Familiarity with web-GIS projects .
