Senior Java developer Állás

Our client is a global technology company that provides software and cloud solutions for product development, high-performance computing and artificial intelligence.
As a Server-Side Software Engineer you will work closely with your very experienced team to meet challenges and solve problems that arise from bringing to life our data analytics and AI platform. Youll be working on multiple parts of the platform, both on front-end and server-side services. You will take responsibility together with your team for those services, from implementation to deployment. Be a part of our journey towards a stable and robust cloud-first data analytics and AI platform develop new features, improve existing ones, and help bring to life an enjoyable user experience for often times quite complex topics.

Tasks

• Take full responsibility for feature delivery from architecture through writing code to deployment
• Help ensure high quality by writing meaningful tests and reviewing pull requests
• Participate in product related discussions like backlog refinement meetings, weekly reviews, user tests, and discovery sessions
• You will collaborate with our dev ops team to ensure smooth operations
• Support other teams which are affected by your work

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent business experience in Computer Science or a related area
• Good knowledge and business experience with Java
• You are ready to take responsibility for developed software – from implementation to deployment
• Thrive on writing great code which is efficient, decoupled, and maintainable
• You have a constant drive to improve and learn new concepts, tools, and technologies
• You like working in a team and an agile environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
