Quality team leader (Nyírbátor)

These are your tasks:

• Managing the work of the quality team, organising and monitoring resources and their tasks, providing quality support for projects
• Supervising and supporting the analysis of internal and external quality problems
• Monitoring quality indicators and reporting the reasons for changes to the quality manager
• Improvement and development of production quality, customer satisfaction, internal quality processes, participation in internal and external audits
• Monitoring the documentation system and managing the measuring devices

Who we are looking for:

• You have a higher technical education (e.g., Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field).
• You have at least 3 - 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control.
• You have already gained 1 - 2 years in a comparable position.
• Very good problem-solving skills and solution oriented personality
• Strong knowledge of English (communicative level) to collaborate with international teams complete your profile.
