We're looking for a UX/UI Product Designer to join our talented team and help shape the future of fan engagement through thoughtful, intuitive, and beautifully crafted design.

What Your Day Will Look Like
Collaborate with cross-functional delivery squads including product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver seamless digital experiences
Take a hands-on approach in designing user interfaces and crafting delightful user experiences across mobile apps and websites
Support the Design Lead in pushing the creative direction forward and meeting client expectations
Advocate for data-informed design, leveraging user feedback and insights to guide your decisions
Rapidly prototype, iterate, and refine high-quality visuals to meet fast-paced delivery cycles
Present and articulate your design decisions clearly to internal teams and clients

Skill Requirements
Strong proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, collaboration)
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects a plus)
Knowledge of other design/prototyping tools like Principle , Sketch , or Framer is a bonus
Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility
Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to both creative and technical audiences
A portfolio showcasing beautifully crafted interfaces and thoughtful UX solutions
