Join our dynamic Team as a Rental Operations Specialist at Avis Budget Group BSC in Budapest!

Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for the Italian language? Avis Budget Group is seeking a motivated individual to join our Rental Operations team. What you´ll do:

Managing the relationship with Avis Budget Group customers, partners, and rental stations via phone (mostly outbound calls) and email
Managing overdue rentals: investigating reasons for delay, extending rental agreements where needed
Gathering the available relevant information in Avis sources and databases for solving the problems
Providing support in updating process documentation, following up, and recording changes
Contributing to recognizing the opportunities for improving processes

Expectations

You should apply if you bring:

Advanced Italian knowledge and intermediate English proficiency.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office especially Excel.
You can work 40 hours/week (full-time)
Strong oral and written communication skills in a B2B environment.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking skills.
Outstanding problem-solving skills, logical and proactive thinking.
